Requirements

  • Fisherman's Companion

You can obtain the Fisherman's Companion by giving 2 Nightmare Cichlid Bones and 2 Vallorian Discus Bones (both usually available in the bazaar) to Ramos Jerwan in Plane of Knowledge.
